I contacted my opponent immediately when the round came up, and they only won last round due to a coin flip... they have not responded to me, and they have not been on smogon since July 24th. Also, their smogon name is not registered on PS! so I can not try to contact them there, and they have not contacted me in any way. Unless something changes, which I doubt it will, I am going to call activity on this one.
