Shadow Tag and Arena Trap
Digglet - Wynaut - Gothorita

Diglett will have a BST of 424, Wynaut a BST of 404 and Gothorita a BST of 489. Have fun :]

Btw, keep in mind that Shadow Tag is banned, so Gothorita will be restricted to Frisk / Competitive and Wynaut will be restricted to Telepathy. If Arena Trap gets indeed banned from OU, then Digglet will also be restricted to Sand Veil / Sand Force.
feels like it would've been a way better idea to wait until after the suspect because the balancing of diglett really balances on AT

Oops, I didnt really think about this... We'll leave that to next week then. I mean, I know it will get banned, but just in case:

I'm sorry. I can't post cause I lost literally every idea I had for this. Not even making the physical wall eternal Chansey deserves.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Rhydon-Eternal
New Type:

New Stat distribution:

HP: 94 (-11)
Atk:
140 (+10)
Def:
100 (-20)
Sp. Atk:
30 (-15)
Sp. Def: 58 (+13)
Spe:
112 (+72)

Signature Move: Spin Slam
15 PP | 110 BP | 100 Acc | 30% of recoil damage to user. 20% of chance to drop target's speed by two levels.
Z-Move:
All-Out Pummelling
185 BP

Design/Flavor: The part of Rhydon's rock "armor" around its chest and shoulders is removed, revealing a more muscular interior. Its arms, legs and tail are more muscular and its skin is more clay-looking, resembling terracota's texture.

Competitive Analysis: Ground and Figthing have a great coverage together, and Rhydon-Eternal have a neat coverage move: Elemental Punches, Megahorn, Crunch, Stone Edge and now can take advantage of its new move with either Reckless or Rock Head so it can cover a lot, and It has a 4MSS and it's not the best defensive typing in the game, but it can be a powerfull wallbreaker or revenge killer due to its great speed tier.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Lairon-Eternal

New Type:

New Stat distribution:

HP: 70 (+10)
Atk: 125 (+35)
Def:
. 140 (+0)
Sp. Atk:
49 (-1)
Sp. Def: 80 (+30)
Spe:
65 (+25)

Signature Move: Dragon Horn
15 PP | 90 BP | 100 Acc | Restores 75% of the damage dealt and has a 20% of chance to drop target's defense by one level
Z-Move:
Devastating Drake
175 BP

Design/Flavor: Lairon-Eternal has now a horn in the middle of its head. The lower part of its body is now golden and its eyes are now green.

Competitive Analysis: Now with an improved defensive typing and a recovery move, Lairon-Eternal can be a really good offensive tank, it can set Stealth Rock and force switches with its new attack. It needs to be careful with burns thought and it's weak to two of the most dangerous types in the metagame. Alternatively, it can use Autotomize to work as a set up sweeper

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Shieldon-Eternal

New Type:

New Stat distribution:

HP: 80 (+50)
Atk: 29 (-13)
Def:
90 (-18)
Sp. Atk:
115 (+73)
Sp. Def:
90 (+2)
Spe:
90 (+60)

Signature Move: Steel Tempering
20 PP | - | - | The user stars increasing the heat inside its body, increasing the special attack by two levels. If foe attacks the user during the turn the move is used, the user will increase its speed by two levels as well, but it'll drop its defense by one level.
Z-Move:
Resets users' negative stats

Design/Flavor: Shieldon-Eternal's head is now boiling, and it looks like red hot iron. Its slighty bigger and its body is now grey.

Competitive Analysis: Solid defensive typing, inmunity to burn and Toxic and a decent bulk (mixed with its typing) will let him to use Steel Tempering without worring too much about receiving a OHKO (and it has Sturdy to resist as well) or being crippled about stats. Shieldon-Eternal has a decent plethora of offensive special moves like Fire Blast, BoltBeam combo, Flash Cannon, Earth Power or even Ancient Power so it can work as a good late game cleaner.

Sorry Exploudit I stole ur format

Name: Rhydon-Eternal

New Stat distribution:

Def: 100 (-20)
SpA: 40 (-5)
SpD: 85 (+40)
Spe: 40 (+0)
BST: 534 (+49)
Signature Move: Reformation |
|
| 10 PP | The user sculpts back damaged parts of its body, assuming a defensive stance. Heals 50% of the user's max HP while taking 50% less damage during that turn. Z-Move: +1 Defense
Design/Flavor: Seems to be made completely of a clay-like substance, and is regularly crumbling and sculpting back bits of its body.
Competitive Analysis: It's like a better hippo without sand stream

Name: Lairon-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
95 (+35)
Atk: 120 (+30)
Def: 145 (+5)
SpA: 30 (-20)
SpD: 57 (+7)
Spe: 82 (+42)
BST: 529 (+99)
Signature Move: Vent |
|
| 5 PP | The user vents an incredible amount of smoke from itself, raising itself into the air for 5 turns and lowering the opponent's accuracy by one stage. Z-Move: Raises all stats by 1 stage
Design/Flavor: Smoke vents from the holes on it, ala torkoal
Competitive Analysis: Really nice defensively once it can get itself into the air, but lacks any good fire STABs. Decent metal burst abuser or sweeper with its Z-Move.

Name: Shieldon-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
80 (+50)
Atk: 72 (+30)
Def: 210 (+92)

Signature Move: Catapult |
|
| 65 BP | 10 PP | 90% Acc | -6 priority. Opponent is switched out to a random teammate. Z-Move: 100 BP Continental Crush
Design/Flavor: It's shield is tall and spiky, made out of slate.
Competitive Analysis: Very physically bulky with a phasing move. Might be good on stall.

Name: Rhydon-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
119 (+14)
Atk: 149 (+19)
Def: 134 (+14)
SpA: 44 (-1)
SpD: 44 (-1)
Spe: 44 (+4)
BST: 534 (+49)
Signature Move: Rock Gather |
|
| 10 PP | +3 Priority, user takes halved damage from Super Effective moves until the end of the turn (stacks with Solid Rock), then, at regular priority the users heals itself by 50%. If Stealth Rock is up on its side of the field, it removes Stealth Rock (not other hazards) and heals 100% of its HP instead | Z Move - +2 Defense
Design/Flavor: Gains a much bigger horn as well as a pile of rocks on its back.
Competitive Analysis: Since Rhydon is always defensive counterpart compared to Rhyperior, which is superior offensively, I decided to keep the defensive aspect giving it a neat recovery and hazard removal move at once while still taking care of the number of weaknesses it has. 119 / 134 physical bulk is a lot and base 149 Atk means it is by no means passive, specially with EdgeQuake coverage and its own Stealth Rock at its disposal. On tho other hand, 44 SpD isn't helping anyone out here. Special Attackers can really dent it.

Name: Lairon-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
45 (-15)
Atk: 141 (+51)
Def: 125 (-15)
SpA: 38 (-12)
SpD: 38 (-12)
Spe: 142 (+102)
BST: 529 (+99)
Signature Move: Metallic Bite |
|
| 120 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Similarly to Freeze Dry, deals Super Effective damage on Steel-types, also removes the foe's Steel-type if applicable. Finally, Lairon drains 100% of the damage dealt if its foe was a Steel-type | Z Move - 190 Corkscrew Crash
Design/Flavor: It absolutely loves to eat metal, as its Pokedex entries claim.
Competitive Analysis: With almost unresisted coverage with its STABs great Attack and Speed and high base power moves like Metallic Bite, Head Smash and Earthquake, Lairon-E is for sure a threat. It does have a terrible defensive typing and crappy bulk, but honestly, who even cares about what when you have that Attack and Speed?

Name: Shieldon-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
55 (+25)
Atk: 25 (-17)
Def: 188 (+70)
SpA: 13 (-29)
SpD: 158 (+70)
Spe: 55 (+25)
BST: 494 (+144)
Signature Move: Svallin Shield |
|
| 5 PP | +4 Priority. Protects the user from any contact moves, and raises user's Defense and Special Defense by one stage each. Fails if used consecutievly à la Protect | Z Move - +1 Defense, +1 Special Defense
Design/Flavor: Legend says it was once used to protect several alolan people from Solgaleo's whrat.
Competitive Analysis: 55 / 188 / 158 bulk is jaw dropping and its signature move means it can set up on most physical attackers. Metal Burst also means it isn't passive so thats a plus. But the qualities end here, terrible defensive typing and lack of reliable recovery don't really let it shine all that much, but it is still a decent pick.

Name: Shieldon-Eternal
Type: Steel
New Stats: 45/47/147/82/123/50 (+15 HP, +5 Atk, +29 Def, +40 SpA, +35 SpD, +20 Spe) BST: 494
Signature Move: Bastion Beam- Steel, Special, 120 BP, 5PP (8 Max), 95% Accuracy, 100% Chance to raise users Defense or Special Defense based on the opponents higher attacking stat.
Design/Flavor: Before its extinction, Shieldon were impenetrable walls that surpassed the power of Bastiodon today. Most Shieldon fossils that were found only had the DNA of weakened Shieldons, but one lucky scientist found the full powered shieldon
Competitive Analysis: Shieldon-Eternal is a Bulky Special attacker with amazing coverage, a set up attacking move, and Stealth Rock support.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Rhydon-Eternal
New Type: Rock/Fire
New Stat distribution: 80 (-25) / 135 (+5) / 110 (-10) / 75 (+30) / 45 (+0) / 89 (+49)
Signature Move: Splinter Shower - Fire, Physical, 130 BP, 5 PP, 85% Accuracy - The user causes smashes a rock into cinders, showering the target in fire. Hits the user for 1/3 recoil, and hits Flying-types super effectively. Z-move: Inferno Overdrive, 195 BP
Design/Flavor: A Rhydon training in Cinnabar Island that got struck by magma from the eruption. Due to its new, desolate conditions, Rhydon underwent a metamorphasis, having magma pour out of the cracks that it obtained during the event.
Competitive Analysis: A strong SD wallbreaker, able to use its ability Reckless (for once!) Its decent speed tier gives it the ability to break many balance teams, although usually at the cost of its life if this isn't your Z-move user. Whilst its typing offensively is great, it suffers from being OHKOd by Water-type breakers, due to its lower HP and pitiful Special Defense, and the sheer existence of Water Shuriken makes it incredibly easy to manipulate and kill, thereby invalidating the majority of Rock Polish sets vs offensive teams (Rock/Fire defensively is probably one of the worst typings out there!). However, against defensive teams, one cannot ignore the strength that Rock/Fire/Ground coverage gives.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Lairon-Eternal
New Type: Steel/Electric
New Stat distribution: 80 (+20) / 90 (+0) / 79 (-61) / 60 (+10) / 170 (+120) / 50 (+10)
Signature Move: Magnetic Discharge - Electric, Physical, 110 BP, 10 PP, 95% Accuracy: The user uses a magnetic field to search out its targets and tackle into them, trading its Electric type away. Traps Steel-types, deals a 1/3 continuous damage to trapped targets. Z-move: Gigavolt Havoc, BP 185
Design/Flavor: This particular Lairon adapted to the magnetic currents in Chargestone Cave, and grew electrified. Its magnetic body is sometimes inconvenient, as it may pull Lairon into unexpected locations.
Competitive Analysis: An absolutely incredible special tank, with the ability of potentially trapping Steel-type switchins. Its signature move also opens up a wide range of times for Ground-type attackers to strike, although being double-edged when up against Levitating Pokemon and Flying types that are neutral to Electric that would appreciate the Flying resistance.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Shieldon-Eternal
New Type: Rock
New Stat distribution: 100 (+70) / 72 (+30) / 118 (+0) / 42 (+0) / 108 (+20) / 54 (+24)
Signature Move: Tectonic Fault - Rock, Other, 5 PP: Priority +2, protects the user, and then lays down Stealth Rock. Z-effect: Restores HP by 100%
Design/Flavor: In ancient times, Shieldon often failed to get enough metal to keep its shield at the rate it grown, and so, passed its shield onto its offspring. Surprisingly enough, these Shieldons evolved to be sturdy without their shield, shaving off any attack that came its way.
Competitive Analysis: A tank with an incredibly powerful move that allows Shieldon to lay down Stealth Rock without drawback. Magic Bounce sucks for it, however. Losing its Steel typing allows it to remove the weaknesses that held it back previously (although Rock is not necessarily a good defensive typing either...). If you don't have a Z-move user on your team, it is also possible to place a Rockium Z onto this Shieldon and further increase its longetivity.

(Do note that I have had to redo this entirely - it may not be as good as first conceived.)

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Rhydon-Eternal
New Type: Rock / Dragon
New Stat distribution: 95 (-10) / 88 (-42) / 90 (-30) / 130 (+85) / 50 (+5) / 81 (+40)
Signature Move: Breakthrough - Rock, Special, 135 BP, 5 PP, 100% Acc | The user takes 1/3 recoil and loses its Rock typing for the rest of the battle. Can only be used if the user is Rock-type. | Z-Move: 200 BP Continental Crush
Design/Flavor: Heralded as a mining king by those fortunate enough to find its elusive red body and golden horn. It frequents areas deep underground.
Competitive Analysis: High Special Attack with a recoil move allows it to make use of its otherwise useless Abilities. Hits like a truck with Breakthrough (especially if it has Reckless or a Lightning Rod boost), even though it can only use the move once. Also has strong coverage in Dragon Pulse and Earth Power for use after the move. However, it is rather slow and frail, requiring the use of Rock Polish for offensive prowess.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Lairon-Eternal
New Type: Steel / Water
New Stat distribution: 80 (+20) / 80 (-10) / 115 (-25) / 80 (+30) / 145 (+95) / 29 (-11)
Signature Move: Mineral Bath - Water, Other, 10 PP | If there are entry hazards on the user's side of the field, the user recovers 2/3 HP, and the hazards are removed. Otherwise, the user simply recovers 1/2 HP. | Z-Effect: +1 Defense
Design/Flavor: Having received the blessing of an enchanted hot spring, this Lairon has become cyan with brown plating. It enjoys cleaning filth from bodies of water.
Competitive Analysis: Bulky thang with a move that simultaneously recovers HP and provides hazard removal utility. It's a bit lacking on the offensive front, though, only having Water Pulse for Water STAB and only physical Steel STAB...and the stat distribution doesn't help its cause. Ah, well. Metal Burst.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Shieldon-Eternal
New Type: Steel / Grass
New Stat distribution: 45 (+15) / 47 (+5) / 103 (-15) / 82 (+40) / 103 (+15) / 114 (+84)
Signature Move: Jungle Jam - Grass, Special, 70 BP, 15 PP, 95% Acc | Hits all adjacent foes; lowers targets' Speed by 1 stage | Z-Move: 140 BP Bloom Doom
Design/Flavor: Having adapted to its home jungle, its body has become green, its helm darker than the rest of its body. Its diet of jungle plants gives it stronger attacks and the energy to move around nimbly in spite of its solidity.
Competitive Analysis: Doesn't hit very hard, but it can function as a lead by virtue of Stealth Rock and its signature move. Also, it still hits harder than Bastiodon, not to mention on the special side, where the best of its coverage lies.

o my, better make a rhydon sub quick then, i am very passionate about rhydon maybe b/c its evo is ass come on trollfreak how'd you fuck that up you KNEW what make rhydon an icon and you threw it all away

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Rhydon-Eternal
New Type (optional): Ground/Normal
New Stat distribution: 124(+19)/130/120/45/75(+30)/40
Signature Move: Groundbreaker - Ground, Physical, 140 BP, 5 PP (max 8), 90% Accuracy, User takes 50% recoil
Design/Flavor (optional): Much smoother armor with a color similar to that of a substitute doll.
Competitive Analysis (optional): A tank that can abuse dual recoil STABs with its abilities. Has a much better defensive typing, as well as a typing that actually lets it have STAB on the one recoil move it normally gets. While it lacks reliable recovery, it doesn't suffer from having Leftovers unlike normal Rhydon.

Current Slate

Kanto Starters

Ivysaur - Charmeleon - Wartortle

Ivysaur will have a BST of 524, Charmeleon a BST of 533, and Wartortle a BST of 529. Have Fun guys :]

Name: Ivysaur-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
90 (+30)
Atk: 62
Def: 92 (+29)
SpA: 110 (+30)
SpD: 110 (+30)
Spe: 60
BST: 524 (+119)
Signature Move: Aroma Blossom |
|
| 90 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Lowers foe's Attack and Special Attack stat by one stage each | Z Move - 175 BP Twinckle Tackle
Design/Flavor: Its flower stays closed and only opens when it uses Aroma Blossom, there are many pink petal orbitating its flower.
Competitive Analysis: Great bulk, reliable recovery, great defensive typing and a move that discourages attackers trying to breakthrough Ivysaur. Sounds solid? It also gets Leech Seed which is cool.

Name: Charmeleon-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
78 (+20)
Atk: 64
Def: 78 (+20)
SpA: 133 (+53)
SpD: 90 (+25)
Spe: 90 (+10)
BST: 533 (+128)
Signature Move: Hot Acid |
|
| 80 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Under Sun, ignores Steel-type's immunity and deals 1.5x power | Z Move - 160 BP Acid Downpour
Design/Flavor: Has acid flowing through its body and snake like fangs on its mouth.
Competitive Analysis: Can be an interesting Sun Wallbreaker, specially with its ability to overcome Heatran under Sun along with Solar Power and already great SpA, but the lack of coverage, the below average Speed tier, and the poor defesive typing and bulk leave something to be desired.

Name: Wartortle-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
98 (+39)
Atk: 73 (+10)
Def: 90 (+10)
SpA: 80 (+15)
SpD: 90 (+10)
Spe: 98 (+40)
BST: 529 (+124)
Signature Move: Bomb Havoc |
|
| 120 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | similarly to gen 4's Explosion, halves foe's SpD when calculating damage | Z Move - 190 BP All-Out Pumelling
Design/Flavor: Has a mortar on its back and grenades on its hands. Has black stripes under its eyes and a black head band as well
Competitive Analysis: Bomb Havoc is probably the mst spammable move in the game, but tbh, it has the same power level as Alolan Marowak's Flare Blitz, which isn't completely absurd. Still a cool wallbreaker though, that also compresses its role as a Rapid Spinner.

Signature Move: Bitter fragance |
|
| 20 PP | - | - | Drops target defense and special defense by one level, then returns to the player. 20% of chance to paralyze target.
Z-Move:
Fully restores switched-in ally's HP

Design/Flavor: -

Competitive Analysis: Ivysaur-Eternal can use its new typing to act as a slow bulky pivot with Sour Fragance to bring setup sweepers or wincon to the field safely (and the added paralysis effect can help to cripple sweepers' answers too) It has Knock Off to remove foe's items too. It lacks the Pursuit trapping abilities from Pokemon like Alolan Muk, but it works more like a way to pressure foes to switch and let a wincon can setup, or letting those mons in the field at cost of the offensive mon Ivysaur-Eternal brings to the field can make a KO easier.

Ohh, and it has still grass movepool to play around against Ground type Pokemon

Competitive Analysis: Dangerous Dragon Dance/Swords Dance sweeper with a barren but decent enough coverage in Thunder Punch, Rock Slide and it has Outrage, Crunch and Iron Tail if you want to experiment a little. Reset user's lowered stats

Design/Flavor: Wartortle-Eternal tail now has a similar shape to Salamence's one, and its body is now covered in scales.

Competitive Analysis: Decent defensive typing, with recovery and a plethora of supports moves like Scald, Haze, Rapid Spin, Yawn and Draco Mist to heal team status, as long as they can enter to the field. Weakness to Dragon and Fairy can hurt it a bit, and its speed makes it quite vulnerable to Taunt
