For future reference, in the case of a speed tie, the Pokemon whose move costs less EN moves first. We haven't done coinflips in years.
Drill Peck - Psychic - Drill Peck
If Bide, start action chain Defog - Chill - Sky Attack .
If successful p/e move, use Defog on the first instance, and Chill on the second instance, pushing back in each case.
If Venusaur is Enduring when you would act and Venusaur is not behind a Substitute and Venusaur is not under the effects of Safeguard and Venusaur is not confused, use Swagger that action and start chain Dark Pulse - Snarl on the following action.

Flowey tries first to recover some health using the sun's power, however the Honchkrow's Drill Peck makes it look like nothing happened. T. I. M. continues his assault with a very powerful Psychic, lifting the heavy Venusaur and smashing him into the ground. Flowey retaliates with a Sludge Bomb, poisoning the bird during the attack. S0L1D G0LD's Pokémon goes for another Drill Peck, but Flowey is still conscious, and strikes back with a powerful Venoshock. However, it looks like Flowey will fall if another attack connects.

Emma decides to save his Venusaur and sends Alphys to take on the bird. Both of them begin by slowing down their opponent before unleashing a violent Brave Brd and Flare Blitz! Then, heavily injured, The Italian Man starts to fly high in the sky, avoiding another Flare Blitz on his face,, before attacking from above. Alphys got hurt, however T.I.M is just about to pass out!

I'm not entirely sure, given that the handbook isn't exactly the clearest regarding speed ties & damaging/evasive moves, but I think that Pyroak's d/e sub should fail a3. The change in en cost between Flare Blitz and Aromatheraphy means that Pyroak would win the speed tie that occurs on that action, which violates the condition that Honchkrow is in the evasive stage of its d/e move when Pyroak acts.

S0L1D G0LD I'd say since the speed tie occurs on the evasive state of the D/E move, no matter which move is to be used by Pyroak, Honchkrow would win the speed tie anyway. I'll ask for a ruling tho just to be sure since the handbook isn't clear about it ; if you get to be right, you'll reorder etc.

As Alphys was trying to use Synthesis in order to restore some of its health, The Italian Man began to bad-mouth his foe! The angry Pyroak spits at the Honchkrow a little Ember, just enough for the bird to go down. That's it, ladies and gentlemen: the first KO of the final! 48 Hour DQ, no warning, no LOA will allow you longer time. If you go over dq the battle will be over Just like how the game is meant to be played kek
