forum changes
 

hey instead of a thread being under the wrong category and just deleting it, add a feature that allows mods to just move it to another category. lieks?

also add a ned sub category for shit that either doesnt fit in anything else or just would be removed otherwise. like a funnies forum or somethin where you can post pretty much anything that isnt illegal porn or swastikas.

Moderators do have an option to move threads. However, some threads are so stupid or out-of-place that they simply do not belong anywhere on Smogon. General, non-Pokemon discussion occurs in a forum.
