"I guess it makes sense to come prepared. Very well, shall we begin?" http://serebii.net/diamondpearl/pokemon/403-m.png "Mufasa, go! Show them how it's done." |
Phalanx - If you happen to have any Training Items, you can put them before Yarnus starts reffing (i.e. when you order). Anyways, sorry Lucy, you'll have to sit this one out. Them two guys over there have some nasty teeth, and we don't want to get your new skirt torn up. Erza, take the field. Show them what we've got with a good Technician booster. Start by coating Mufasa-Shinx in mud - that'll dampen his electrical forces considerably. Next, try and see if you can burn him.
http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u...ii/Gempre1.png "Understood. Don't worry, guys - time to show them what we've got." Mud Shot > Flamethrower > Mud Shot |
Not to worry, ZT, I don't have any items.
"Ugh, this is going to hurt. A LOT. *Cringe* Time to get the hell out of here. We need to get rid of this Rebble quickly or our team will fall to repeated Ground-type attacks. Be brave, Mufasa, be brave!" http://serebii.net/diamondpearl/pokemon/403-m.png Hidden Power [Grass 7] - Volt Switch - Hidden Power [Grass 7] |

Volt Switch into Cranidos http://serebii.net/pokearth/sprites/dp/408.png Hammer Arm - Iron Head - Hammer Arm Wish I had given Protect to this thing... @below: Almost? If my calculations are correct, we'll see about that... |
Congratulations, that was impressive. Such brute strength means that Rampant will almost KO Erza. But not yet, and that raw power comes with a price - you simply cannot hope to dodge against Mud Shot, unlike last round with lucky Mufasa. Erza is not one to back down - no, we'll give this stubborn fossil a taste of what we can do, shall we?

Again, I miscalculated, but Erza's the one who paid the price for my mistake...
http://veekun.com/dex/media/pokemon/...-white/152.png "No, Zheng... this is not over yet. Erza may be... down, but she left me a gift - the ability to act first." Reflect > PoisonPowder > Magical Leaf EDIT: Yarnus, you forgot to calculate Technician boost on Rebble's Mud Shot, so Cranidos should've taken 18 damage A3 and be left with 50 HP after the round. Also, don't forget that Cranidos now has -1 Speed. |

"Well, that Rebble is gone at last, at the cost of half the health of both my team members. In this weakened state, it will be extremely hard to take down that Chikorita, especially with a Reflect up. But, believe me, we will try!" http://serebii.net/pokearth/sprites/dp/408.png Scary Face - Rock Slide - Rock Slide "What was that about acting first?" |

Just a few minor nitpicks before Phalanx orders - Magical Leaf A3 is done with R2 Chikorita against R2 Cranidos, so it should've only dealt (9+3)*1.5 = 13.5 damage, plus 4 Poison damage to leave Cranidos at 32 HP post-round. Also, Chikorita should be at -1 Speed now, though I doubt it'll affect anything the rest of the match.
|
Did I really miss both Rock Slides?
Anyhow, I'm in a hurry, so... Iron Head - Rock Slide - Rock Slide If Chikorita uses Counter, replace action with Ice Beam the first time only. If Chikorita uses Protect, replace action with Chill. Hope we can get some flinches... |
Alright, it seems you've predicted against the obvious strategy... But Wendy isn't a brute fighter. She's a guardian, a healer... A pacemaker.
http://veekun.com/dex/media/pokemon/...-white/152.png "Flinching me, even if more than once? You have less than even chance to succeed with that." Magical Leaf > Protect > Magical Leaf IF Chikorita is Flinched, THEN move actions backwards. |

I'm sorry for my lateness, it's done now.
|
Hmm, took one more round than planned, but we can work with that, can't we? After all, this puts us at a slight advantage when Mufasa-Shinx comes out.
http://veekun.com/dex/media/pokemon/...-white/152.png "Rest now, and calm your tantrum." Magical Leaf > Reflect > Chill IF Wendy-Chikorita is Flinched A1, THEN replace A3 with Magical Leaf. |

|
God why do I keep missing these - it's happened like three times this week. Geez.

Again, let's make a bet - after all, our opponent is a gambler who tosses the coin, and the odds are with us once again. Wendy, start off with a Reflect to ward off future attacks. That should last us long enough to wear Mufasa down. Follow up some good ol' spores to score Mufasa, then let's take us back to where we started with some good Synthesis healing.

Well, given that the coin did fall onto the coin masters lap last time, I see no reason not to gamble again. After all, we still can afford to do so.
http://veekun.com/dex/media/pokemon/...-white/152.png "Bleh, so you're saying rinse and repeat, huh?" PoisonPowder > Synthesis > Magical Leaf IF Mufasa-Shinx is not Poisoned at the beginning of an action, THEN use PoisonPowder again, each time pushing remaining actions back. |
