Pokemon Black RNG HELP!!
 

I just recently got into RNGing and currently the seed I need to hit is November 3rd, 2012, 4:51:15. Since I have a second offset of one, I start the game at 14 seconds instead. And I press B and Y as I start since the RNG Report told me to do so. I have a TIMID Synchronizing Munna (I hope to have this Kyurem become my White Kyurem). And I have succeeded...

EXCEPT FOR THE NATURE.

Three times in a row, I have gotten the Kyurem with exactly the IVs I require: 31 in everything except Attack which I don't care about. But ALWAYS ALWAYS it's Docile, as if my synchronizer weren't even there! It's so frustrated :( What should I do?

Oh and I tried the trick where you hit your seed and then save once to advance the PIDRNG and twice in a row this led me to...
Timid Quick to flee Kyurem with horrible IVs. Exact same IVs, exact same characteristic.
And I have no idea what I'm supposed to do :(

First post you hit your seed but didn't advance your PID frame, giving you the same non-Synchronizable nature every time.

Second post you advanced your PID frame (as you're supposed to) and got a Synchronizable frame, but missed your seed.
