Weather with pokemon

I never understood why things like drizzle + swift swim was banned. I mean lets think about this. We have sandstorm with sand rush, drought with clorophill. It is all really the same thing in a nut shell with a diifferent name. So since none of that matters in the main game of pokemon when it comes to being banned but

Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Manaphy, Phione, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect
when it comes to ceartain things in the game.

What, Remember with nothing being banned do you think would be the most powerful team/ team's weather wise you could make for in game? No Hacks because thats normally no fun so the team would have to have actuall moves and abilities. The only thing that could be hacked though would be no dream world abilities were locked so you would have access to all pokemon with all of their abilities.

Do you guys think weatherless would be best, or making a team that uses eavasion moves like double team in sand with garchomp or gliscor? I think water would still be over powered and be the best to use but I want to hear what everyone here has to say.

We are not sure if we understand correctly, but if you want to play with as few restrictions as possible, you probably are better off in the Uber section. If you want to learn what people think about Aldaron's proposal, start here. If you want to learn about what people think about Evasion abuse, look at this.

Im not talking about the meta game but the actuall game on the ds itself. The banned pokemon up top are the pokemon banned from the Pokemon world tournament among other things in game. I am just asking what weather with what pokemon do you think would be the strogest in game to basically wipe evrything out when it comes to everything in the game.

This seems like a question with more of a competitive nature than of an in-game nature. I would recommend checking out either the Ubers forum, or more specifically, the Ask an Uber Question, Get an Uber Answer thread.

EDIT: Alright, now it's a bit more clear what you are asking. But on the same lines, you seem to merely be asking for something like an in-game tier list for Pokémon. Here on Orange Islands, we have devoted a lot of time to taking votes and writing summaries for in-game tier lists for Pokémon. If you look around Smogon a bit, you may find a few lists such as the Black and White in-game tier list or the current discussion on the BW2 in-game tiering.

But if ubers cant be used than why would I go there???

My answer: No weather. You don't get access to rain mons in the game early, so they won't help you in the game. If you just want to dominate the game with an access to any Pokemon available, get yourself a Kyogre and let it do its work - the first place in Uber is not undeserved. If you want to know, what mons are the most practical in BW2, use this thread.

If you're discussing Battle Subway or the Battle Frontier, we even have threads for that. Look at some of the warstories or something, you may find a team you enjoy that is simply restricted by the game itself, rather than Smogon's tiering.

Yes but if you read my thread I state that you have access to all pokemon and their abilities. And you cant use ubers in the pokemon world tournament. Why does it seem when ever there is a thread like this everyone seems to dodge the question or try to take you to a different site without really answereing the question?????

It's because you phrase the question really weirdly, and poor grammar and punctuation does nothing to help you. I'm also not sure if you understand the answers we give, or understand that we don't understand exactly what you're babbling about. Giving it a try, though:

With nothing banned and access to everything from the get go, Kyogre would easily be the best Pokémon to run the game with. Even if you got it at level 5, you could massacre everything you encountered with Water Pulse, and within a few minutes Body Slam, until you got access to Surf and Ice Beam which would help you cruise through anything the game throws at you. With such a strong Pokémon available from the start, you wouldn't even need to build a team.

It wasn't too obvious that you asked about the PWT (you actually have - in your second post). Try to formulate your desire better next time or just put PWT in the headline and we're clear. If I graps your question, you are looking for an anti-lead.

So you need an anti-lead. Unfortunately, there is no perfect anti-lead for any tier, but I will restrict myself to the Champ Tournament because there are only a few Pokemon to prepare for.
Some lead will be sashed so you probably want to start with something like Sash-Cloyster to beat them. Just setup on them, then start to sweep. Cloyster can beat basicly every Champ mon but Blue's Gyarados, Steven's Metagross, Wallace's Milotic, Alder's Conkeldurr and Red's Blastoise and Lapras. You just need to watch out for priorities, especially coming from leads Dragonite and Machamp. The other two Pokemon should concentrate on taking advantage of the inability of the AI to switch out. CM and Curse are well suited for that. To cover Metagross, Gyarados and Milotic as well as Blastoise (and Conkeldurr to an extend), I use CM Slowbro for great effect. CroCune may work the same because there is nothing that is immune to water moves but Lapras occasionally. On the Curse side, there is Slowking with good recovery, Ferrothorn with tons of resistances, and Snorlax.
Usually I get eight or nine point from a Champ run with Cloyster, Slowbro and Snorlax. I hope that NOW I have the answer you are looking for.
