After a successful doubles tourney for Black and White and the advent of the Smogon Doubles metagame, this tournament aims to explore double battles in the B&W2 metagame outside of VGC rules. This tournament will follow the rules of Standard Doubles as seen here: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3476469

RULES:

• Single elimination format
• Battles are to be played on Pokemon Showdown. Battles may be played on Pokemon Online if both parties agree beforehand.
• All battles must be conducted in a 6v6 doubles format.
• BATTLES ARE TO BE BEST OF THREE
• This is a 5th Generation tournament.
• Pokemon default level 100 instead of level 50
• Sleep Clause ON
• Item Clause OFF
• OHKO Clause ON
• Evasion Clause ON
• Soul Dew Clause ON
• Moody Clause ON
• The following moves are banned from play:

SIGNUPS:

• There will be 32, 64, or 128 participants depending on the number of signups.
• First come first serve for the first 62.5% players with the remaining players randomized.
• I will pick subs.
• Signups will be open for 48 hours.

If there has been one and I missed it, I apologize, but I haven't seen Staraptor post or contact me, and I've made many posts and vms. Other users were given activity wins when they posted but their opponents didn't, any reason why I wasn't?

Sorry, the reason I didn't give an activity win was because, unlike the others, I had seen Staraptor in the IRC, and since I remembered I forgot to sub Oblivion129 in, I was going to sub him in for Staraptor if he didn't respond within about a day or two. However, since Oblivion129 hasn't been on since the 17th, I somehow doubt he'll be here.

So, given that, I'm going to sub him in, but if he doesn't get on within the next 24 hours you'll get the activity win.

Well since Morgenstern and Living Things haven't been able to get their matches done and we're halfway into the first week, I'm sorry to say that I'm going to have to coinflip this match so that Ace Emerald has a chance to play his r2 opponent.
