just to let you know i am currently breeding a pair of swinubs with thickfat and icicle crash, both of them have 4 perfect ivs, which where bred completely legit. as i have been breeding them, they have been producing outstandings that can't be better in any four of HP, ATK, DEF, SDEF, and SPD once per about 8-10 hatches. Granted I havent been able to create a perfect 5 spread yet but here's to hoping! so with some decent effort, 4 spreads are by no means always hacked, though I can't speak for 5s but it has to be completley possible as well.
