The best way is to obtain the wondercard with ar. This is actually a lot safer than the tweaking glitch and the pokemon would be legal. If you don't have ar, look up "darkrai tweaking glitch" on google and there are videos posted on how to do it. Just a warning though, it takes at least a couple hours and there were people who have lost their data for good trying to exploit this glitch so make sure you use and extra game to do this.
