Anyways, good luck! Building your team yourself helps you know it better and makes making changes to fix it easier since you know your team's strengths / weaknesses /etc, but I'm sure if you need a building block the place I listed above can totally help you. :)

In case you were wondering, there is no specific place to get help to build a team on the forum. You could always go on IRC and ask in #smogonvgc or #mentor for some teambuilding help, I'm sure there are people there that would be willing to help you! You could also check out some of the VGC and Mega-Khan threads to see what works well with him in the VGC meta.
