Hey thats weird about the PMs, so I have your Aerodactyl clones ready, and EMs are not so important for Nido as the only good special attacks it learns are TMs or Move Tutors, I suppose Counter would be a decent EM and so would Disable, Iron Tail and Sucker Punch or Head Smash, but only if you can be bothered! Also, when you have finished, if you could either keep it as a Nidoran (M) or make sure it learns and keeps Toxic Spikes and Helping Hand on the moveset that would be good as these are Pre-Evo only moves for Nidoking. Thanks!
