hey - I was going to merge your cms edit but I'm pretty iffy on how important it is to outspeed Jolly tyranitar, because band doesnt run jolly afaik and obviously scarf outspeeds. Is burning dd mega ttar before it mega evolves that important? Just want to make sure thats a relevant Speed benchmark. -
