Well I always lurk smogon to follow CAP and watch SPL replays but I don't have time these days to join in in a big way. I thought that vote seemed straightforward; the risk of a non-weather ability was greater than having to balance drought against sand rush. But now I'm going to go see how it actually turned out!

- Not attacking Garchomp with HP (Ice), and having no way to deal 4x dmg vs Tyranitar and Garchomp would be painful.
- Most importantly when considering it subjectively with Toon's qualifier performance.
