I'd rather bring pokemon in general upto uber-level rather than take a few down.
Say:
for every tier below OU a pokemon gets +5
but, if a pokemon isn't uber tiered it gets an additional +10

The server hasn't been down long at all...It simply changed names (just look for Mimic Glitch or MimicGlitch and I technically can't keep the same 100% name all the time because of PO's registry...
