Bulky Gyarados is actually quite good even with Rotom-Wash on the scene. It's a real pain for physical attackers and special attackers who don't have Thunderbolt.

The Mewtwo I fight on PO tend to use Psystrike, Ice Beam, and Flamethrower, so Shedinja's probably out of luck.
