Thanks for the help so far! I've given Politoed some HP EVs, gave Tornadus Focus Blast, and also decided to try a Choice Specs Latios instead of a Life Orb variant. Keep helping me make this team...

What do you mean? There is no section for legendary Pokemon on RNG Reporter and all Stationary Pokemon are generally generated the same way.
