While Phycho Shock is the only real benefit Latias gains I can see it being used to full effect, but it should be reserved for an Offensive CM or Specs set. Other than that I can still see Latias...

Man this guy is cool, the only thing holding him back really is base 98 speed, and his weakness to fighting moves, mainly Close Combat. Other than that, I can see this guy being a very potent sweeper...
