If your method 1 frame is 14 it'll be 16 when RNGing for wondercards.

Maybe it's the C-gear since I had the same problem with my Zekrom although it was only for me it was +-4 delay. I was also using emloop so maybe it's the high delay the problem (I had a 1448 delay)....

It is possible though to get a flawless shiny spread by luck although it is rare.
