As I mentioned, I plan to use it for a tournament, the VGC, so I don't think playing with a Pokemon who has a Ribbon attached (a ribbon that clearly means "I'm hacked" or something along those lines)...

I just hit that SEED after several attempts...

Oh, that makes sense then. When trying to RNG it I obtained near perfect IVs, according to the IV calc I'm using, but the nature didn't match anything. Thanks for the answers :)
