zinger My question is: why does China care about controlling Tibet? Do they store nuclear waste in the mountains? Do they need the military positioning? From a natural resource perspective, Tibet has nothing - I don't see why they'd bother when they can use it as a bargaining chip internationally.

Agreed. Compare Garchomp to Swampert (great tank). 108/95/85 is very arguably superior to 100/90/90, and then you factor in very comparable resistances, and Garchomp having far more speed/attack... you get the picture.

Agreed. Milotic, Suicune, and Swampert all don't have major problems with this. It's not a bad set, but at the same time from a functionality standpoint it's not going to do a whole ton since Nidoking will have difficulty getting in more than once and lacks the speed to not get revenge killed.
