Slightly off. I believe in Advance High Critical moves started at 25% crit rate, not 33%. Tests posted in the D/P research thread indicate that high crit moves now start in the 12.5% tier, and Focus Energy now raises two levels, not one.

Anyone know what's up with the "recoil" on Hi-Jump Kick? When the target is my level or lower and I miss, the damage I take seems to be equal to half the target's HP every time. However, when I tried on my Empoleon (which had 200 HP,) my Lucario only lost a mere 16 HP (out of 100.)
