Powerherb Solarbeam Tran is a horrible idea vs Hippo. In the sand Solarbeam becomes a base 60 move and does the same damage as a flamethrower (60x2=90x1.5)

TankChomp is supposed to weak physical attacks to punish them. EG U-turn Lando, Fake Out/PuP MLop, Talonflame, it can even switch into pretty powerful attacks eg Gross if you need chip damage to KO

The only relevant targets are Zard-Y, SDef Flame and Volcarona and all get hit harder by rock slide assuming Hasty and make KOs much easier
