Okay I've got a really stupid one and I can't work out what I'm not adjusting for this. I've calibrated my DPPT to be 537 delay and 14 seconds. I'm consistently hitting the delay, only a second too early. I tried adjusting the calibrated second to 13 and even 12, as well as changing the target...

That's what I mean. I'm trying to give it the seed from Lance's room after it's been KO'd and without calls / a roamer in the wild I can't verify that I've hit it from Lance without a roamer.

Just had a quick one regarding HGSS roamers. I've caught 2/3 of them, but was using the existing roamers to verify whether or not i had hit the seed in Lance's room (as you can't call Elm.) Is there any way of verifying the 3rd Roamer from Lance's room?

I'm hoping it will be easier in the 5th gen when my copy of Black arrives... Not that shiny spreads are the be all and end all, but they're nice

Good to know! I assume that once you're hitting 29/30+ the IVs (usually) won't make too much of a difference. Time to get a decent shiny spread!

Can you explain how i should be intelligently using PokeRNG to deduce this kind of thing myself? I don't understand why certain things work and others don't. I'd like to be able to optimise my spreads as I find them, but it rarely works (especially frustrating with shiny pokes)
