One last thing on Remoraid, who I updated: I'm hesitant to replace a status move on the physical set for a special attack just because there is no situation that I could think of where a special attack would be a better choice than a physical one. Really, he only needs the first two moveslots on...
  2. Little Cup Metagame Development

On Squirtle: He can get both Counter and Mirror Coat (Counter through a third-gen tutor, so it couldn't be used with fourth-gen moves), so maybe he could try to take advantage of that? Also, Here's a Remoraid analysis. name: Special Attacker move1: Surf move2: Ice Beam move3: Flamethrower...

Well I personally am just wondering what the appeal would be for adding those three Pokemon. I mean, Marrill would just be a slightly bulkier version of Azurill. You make it sound like Chansey wouldn't even be very useful, and Roselia would likely become a standard. So I guess it just sounds to...

I have a question about the move legality guide. Shouldn't female-only Pokemon get a little section? ...Because if they want to have a level up move and an egg move, there must be an existing male Pokemon that learns both. For example, a Smoochum can't get both Fake Tears and Wish at level 5...

Thanks for the tips. I touched up Ponyta-- a specs set isn't really feasible because it only has Solarbeam, Hidden Power, and then fire attacks on the special side.
  6. Little Cup Metagame Development

Here's Ponyta, who is much stronger than I would have thought... Ponyta name: Sweeper move1: Flare Blitz move2: Return move3: Will-o-wisp/Hypnosis move4: Iron Tail item: Focus Sash/Life Orb nature: Jolly/Adamant evs: 236 Atk/196 Spd/36 HP [Set Comments] Ponyta's base 90 speed and base 85...

Don't you have to use Swinub, not Piloswine, in Little Cup? Swinub, by the way, doesn't get Ice Fang.

Okay, I'll edit my analysis, but one thing... can't the opinion section say that I like Spinarak but I don't think he's very good? That's my opinion, and I have seen some of the analyses on this site that make jokes out of weaker Pokemon (like Luvdisc and Ledian, for example), and mine isn't...
  9. Little Cup Metagame Development

Okay, I had actually already started writing this when I saw this thread, and now I'm done. I've never written an analysis before, so there's a very high chance that it's flawed. It's also about Spinarak, so that may be a flaw in itself... haha, but I think I brought out the best of the little...

Soo... can anyone just come and write an analysis? Because I want to write one for some UU's and hopefully find a cool niche for them to fill. Plus, then I won't be stealing OU's that people actually might WANT to write about.
  11. Ask a simple question, get a simple answer - mark 10

If I Skill Swap Kecleon's Color Change onto a dual-type Poke, then hit it, does it now only have one type? This may not be the most practical question ever, but I'm curious.

  14. CAP 2 Smogon "Create a Pokemon" Part Deux: Poll 3

I would say defensive, because it wouldn't be too hard to make this thing ridiculously strong with offensive typing and the STAB fighting/ghost combo. Either way, it has interesting typing for defensive and a stealth rock resistance.
