Why is the "top 2% determining the tiers for everyone" such a big problem? Isn't that what is happening now anyway? I don't think anyone with a glicko less than 1700 voted in the last OU suspect test anyway.

PM me and I can arrange something. The sets are just stored in a spreadsheet. I believe the cutoff is top 200 by usage. It might be top 300. There's no real way to filter it at the moment but those sets should eventually get pushed out once we add in more Ubers sets.
