    Usually 20 is a good level to get the basic idea of your ivs. That's what I do when I breed on Emerald. On obtaining Jirachi you'll either have to get it from an event or from the colosseum bonus disk in America. Celebi is the pokemon in the bonus disc if you got the jap version.

    Provided you caught it legitly then I believe it will pass hack detection a cherish ball however is not possible to obtain in-game so it will fail in the looks department.

    I agree with the other people who posted here that magazine looks like shit :(.I don't really find it that difficult to believe X-Act I see girls here(Hong Kong) play their DS(some do have PSP but they are in the minority)on the subway or even while walking.
