Noctowl's definitely not UU anymore, because of Psycho Shift and Hypnosis's accuracy being boosted, not to mention it now has a reliable recovery move. On topic, has anyone mentioned Breloom yet? I'm so sick of it now.

Perhaps Clefable with Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, and Grass Knot, if you want a special sweeper.

Gengar and Gyarados are the ones that give me the biggest problems, Gengar with its key resistances and Gyarados with its Taunt/DD combo. Garchomp is really too slow to worry me that much, and the Choice Scarf Garchomp can be countered after it has killed the first pokemon.

The point is, we all know that Sceptile is a pretty good pokemon, but it's just not common enough to be called overused.

I use Noctowl and let my opponent use Hypnosis on it 4 or 5 times before I remind them why it's not getting through. I also like Tauros because many people are no longer prepared to take it down in this gen.

Judging solely by its looks, I say all of its special attacks except Earth Power should stay on. I don't see how something with no legs could use Close Combat though. Fire Blast sounds ridiculous.

That's why Tauros, a pokemon that used to be a staple in OU teams, has been bumped to BL, because everyone just plain forgot about him when they were making their 4th gen teams (not to mention he is now totally walled by Bronzong).

I ran into a shiny Spiritomb purely by chance when I was SRing for a good IV'd Bold one (didn't know it had to have Pain Split as an egg move) And of course, there's the shiny Giratina I ran into on my first attempt at catching it. So yeah, I just rely purely on luck to catch shinies.
