What exactly are the benefits of running Jolly over Adamant?

I use Wonder Trade quite a bit, and have gotten a 5 IV Mawile, 5 IV Drilbur, 4 IV Gastly, 4 IV Eevee, I can't even remember the rest. I've gotten pretty lucky. And most recently, I got traded a Cyndaquil and a Mudkip from Japanese players, which is neat.
