I didn't DC. Why would I? I had about 15 PP between Surf and Ice Beam and you had only one Moonlight left. I would have stalled you out before you did to me.

What's the absolute lowest Speed I should have on an Impish Gliscor? I really dislike the idea of dumping so many speed EVs into him when I prefer him to take hits than break stalls.
