I'm one of those guys using it on my Gengar. Honestly, I am enjoying it, but I will be throwing it away in favor of Focus Blast. The amount of times I could have won much faster is beyond count.

I once had a Bullet Punch fight with a Mega Scizor, my Scizor runs Choice band with full Attack and HP EVs, Adamant nature, Tec Ability. I don't know if he did it wrong, but his died too fast. Mine was able to kill that Scizor and stay around for two more Bullet Punches after.

I have been running a Choice Scarf Adamant T-Tar, with EV's in Attack HP and some in speed. He seems to outspeed a lot of threats, and hits hard to boot. I Prefer the Choice Scarf set more then most, but I may try choice band soon.

I kinda like my Rotom-W, Mega Gangar, and Scizor core. I may not be the most experienced or skill player, but, they seem to have great synergy.
