Time to get into some serious battling again :)

Liepard is a cool pokémon, but I don't think that justifies putting it in a team when other, better pokémons can have that spot. If you must use Liepard, I would recommend using it as a Scout, with U-Turn, Thunder Wave, Substitute and Foul Play.

I'd say the weak points for Arcanine is both his speed and his typing, making him vulnerable to entry hazards, and too slow to deal with most threats. He needs support if he is to get anything done. Let's keep the rest of the discussion at another place, this is not the thread for it :)

I think you are right on most points, but as I already mentioned, he can function against a handful of pokemons in the tier, such as Heatran and Jolteon. My team had problems with Jolteon for example, a problem that Steelix fixed. Also, his strength is not in 1 on 1's, but rather in SR/Roar...

Hippowdon doesn't resist Icicle Spear from Cloyster, nor does it resist the rest of the multiturn moves, just to clear that.
