Eviolite Misdreavus also makes a great PerishTrapper with great special bulk if you invest in it allowing it to take out bulky waters in particular and CM Cune etc.
I use featherdance/taunt/roost/night shade on my Murkrow with most investment in special defence. With featherdance/taunt he can wall most physical attackers including stat uppers etc. It's pretty damn amazing I've got to say.
I did do some a few days ago and if Rhyperior has leftovers the difference is marginal at best. Personally, I think Rhyperior is still superior (no pun intended).
Not sure you can measure the length of the game just by how many places you revisit or how many routes there are. Heck in RBY you only revisit one place (Viridian) as well.
I don't necessarily disagree with you but I don't see how any of the 5th gen Pokemon are any less or more creative than Pokemon from the previous generations. I think it's more to do with each person's definition of what looks cool or imaginative.
You could catch Cryogonal in the other seasons it's just even rarer. It's weird seeing all these people talking about Winter when I've played through Autumn and Winter already and am onto a Spring playthrough now. It's like people don't know you can change the DS clock...
Well I definitely just got a shiny Tepig as my starter in my 3rd playthrough, lol. Jolly nature is meh but it has a possible 31 hp iv but doesn't matter to me as I only play competitively on PO.
This is right. Just get on your bike next to a patch of grass and cycle around. I believe it takes about 200 steps though it varies and I've found after several encounters none show up at all so I just leave the route and come back.

This. After 500 steps you get kicked out of the ruins so it takes 2-3 trips to get all treasures on the first floor then enter through the west entrance as that uses the shortest amount of steps to get to the pillar. The next two floors will take another 2-3 trips each then just start one final...
