EDIT: I'm dumb. I had HP Electric on Magmortar when it can clearly learn Thunderbolt, so that has been fixed.

Thanks for these suggestions! The changes to Clefable, Excadrill, and Gengar have been working well. As for Celebi, I like the physical spread, but Recover and Baton Pass didn't seem to be doing as much for Celebi or the rest of the team. Maybe I just haven't gotten in the right scenario for it...
