I added things and fixed the formatting. As for moves, I think the current moveset is the best option. Rapid Spin is obvs mandatory, and so is Aqua Tail for its power under Rain and to prevent getting walled by Fighting-types. X-Scissor is important to check Grass-types that other Rain team...
