What would be a good EV spread for a DD gyarados with intimidate for VGC14? And is it a good idea??

I kinda gave up on the sun steam and i'm starting from scratch. Was wondering how good is Krookodile on VGC14? There seem to be a lot of physical threats and i guess intimidate is always welcome against those.

I used to be pretty good at 3v3s in PBR and BW. But i'm just getting obliterated at XY. Every single team i go against has Azumarrill, Scizor, Aegislash Garchomp it's just a big messy pain. I guess i'll have to use stronger pokemon as just using the ones i like won't cut it this time...

Any thoughts on Mega Manetric? Just checked the speed on that boy it's a shame his movepool is somewhat limited to Thunderbolt and Flamethrower and maybe one could add HP Ice or Fighting.

Topsy Turvy pretty much spells doom for pokemon like Aegislash or maybe pokemon that have managed to set up a couple of curses (not sure if people even still use Curse movesets). Hypnosis has bad accuracy but i think it's worth mentioning.

The only problem i've found is it takes around 2-4 super powers until Malamar can start wrecking stuff while other mons only have to boost stats on +1 and they're good to go.
