Florges' movepool is waay too narrow to warrant anywhere near B, and Grass coverage is pretty meh ingame too. More fitted for D, IMO.

Also keep in mind that the 18 minutes is similar to Sylveon's 20 minutes, which was enough of a consideration to put it in limbo IIRC. But yeah, Espeon has pretty comfortable matchups afterwards, especially with Korrina and and Team Flare, and it continues to hit hard although Shadow Ball comes...

I've been considering doing a write-up on Pumpkaboo, but I'm not sure which size should be tiered? I imagine without evolution it'd be the small size since its Attack doesn't vary, but maybe an Average or Large for Gourgeist?

Nope, I used a Pokeball. Nor did I feed it any vitamins/rare candies. It could've been that looking for trainer fights/Pokemon that made more of a difference than I thought :|c I remember derping around quite a bit on route 7 because I couldn't find a Swirlix.

In my own experience, my Azurill died a lot (it's bulk is really really bad as Azurill), and I didn't run around much aside from my standard ingame run (looking for trainers and Pokemon) and still managed to evolve at level 18, just in time for Aqua Tail. With more babying (not letting it die)...
