    What about Farfetch'd? Lol

    Other Most Improved Pokemon

He does learn Play Rough at level 43 (http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-xy/210.shtml)! Aside from that, I pretty much agree with your post! I was thinking about OU when I said he wouldn't move up, guess I'll have to correct that.

Pokémon the starters role in the metagame

Actually, I think Delphox is a pretty versatile and cool Pokémon, and will be very usable in whichever tier it ends up in (don't think it'll be OU, though). Calm Mind + Mystical Fire make it quite difficult to take on the special side, able to force switches, and it even has Will-O-Wisp to fend...

    Other Good Cores

Don't u think Dragon/Fairy/Steel/Fire cores will become pretty popular? They cover each other weaknesses quite well. If it does, I can see more people running things like Intimidate Arcanine or Torkoal (taking into account SE won't be as dominating as it was with Defog's buff)

    Move Fell Stinger

This is a VERY gimmickly move. Although, if I had to choose the best candidates for running it, I would opt for either Drapion or Beedrill, as they have a "decent" Speed stat to go along with it, as opposed to Scizor and Vespiquen. Clearly, the only way to use this move effectively is by revenge...

    Pokémon Aromatisse

Sounds good on paper, but I'd rather give a chance to Fell Stinger. I believe the main problem with this move is it's predictability. I mean, when using Fury Cutter, it becomes kinda obvious that the move will be used repeatedly in order to build power, thus, giving a chance to your opponent to...

    Pokémon Clefable

From watching these, I must say that Clefable has definitely found her niche with the buff this gen brought to her. However, I hardly doubt that she'll become OU material, as the sweeps were pretty situational and granted by your opponent's mistakes. I also believe that the Pokémons involved in...

    Other Most Improved Pokemon

Let's not forget about Granbull! Though I'm pretty sure he won't be moving up tier-wise, trading a Fighting weakness for a resistance, thus gaining many others, make him a pretty viable Physical Wall in the lowers tiers. He also gets the Fairy-Aqua Tail, which, although far from perfect, has the...

    Pokémon Togekiss

I've been successfully using ScarfKiss w/Air Slash/Aura Sphere/FlameThrower/Trick during the past gen, both in UU and OU. It acted as a great surprise lead, being able to deal a lot of damage and abuse hax, thus being able to cripple walls thanks to Trick without losing it's niche, as its Speed...
