    Substitute+Outrage Kyurem B smashes Skarmbliss. ICE beam + Fusion bolt decimate Megasaur and Togekiss while 2HKO Skarm. Outrage secures an easy 2HKO on defensive Rotom-W and makes short work of blissey who cannot do much in return
