I don't think HJK is such a good idea for VGC with almost EVERYONE running Protect. So drain punch seems to be the best stab. Sandstorm/hail teams make sash less effective i guess... What about Knock-off as a coverage?

Does a pokémon's earthquake with Mold breaker hit double type pokémons like Talonflame even if its flying? I know it shouldn't but... what if it does?

Remember that Quick Guard/Wide Guard/Detect accuracy drops to 50% if used consecutively after each one. So, in the end it would be better to take just one of those. Quick guard seems to be the best choice because of all the talonflames out there... Also, i'm not sure if heals like Drain...
