I get where you're coming from with dragon tail, the reason I like it a lot is you could be facing off against another dragon type, and if you're faster, they can't hit you, and in truth, you could sweep with that single move.

I'm a noob at competitive teams, but wouldn't Focus Band on tyranitar be much more useful? with healing wish, it'd make it so it's really hard to take down, and even though focus band is a bit luck based, it'd make it so you could hang on indefinitely.
