Why are you switching a Genesect in on a Heatran. It's the other way around. Of course the boost matters. It's what partially makes it good in the first place.

Manaphy is a terrible Pokemon. It's not even on OU standard. I mean 600 BST is just a joke and getting up to +3 after a boost isn't enough to just tear down walls. I wouldn't even use it if I were paid to. Definitely NU material with the weather nerf.

Each has its merits but with my team I am using it in, I want to cripple faster pokemon than be able to hit behind subs. I know the power drop will occur but it still becomes a good pivot because of it's typing. Maybe the EVs could be spread differently to a bulky spread.
