    I vote simply for a maximum of three BP'ers per team. You can still have the ultra-strong core of Scolipede/Espeon/Sylveon, but all your supporting teammates can no longer continue the chain. It limits your support of the core basically, doesn't affect quickpass, drypass, or non-pass strategies...
