Well you might want to go Aura Sphere over Fire Blast on Palkia to handle your mix-Dialga problem. You have plenty of things to counter bulky steels (Lugia can reflect and stall, Groudon can cause major damage with Earthquake and somewhat absorb Meteor mashes and earthquakes.)Most of the time...

You might want to consider giving light clay to your Lugia, so reflect and light screen last a bit longer. Your team is pretty MixDialga weak, as only Groudon has a good shot of KOing it.

I agree with Latios, skarmory doesn't really look very needed in this team. A foretress, hell even Deoxys-D might be better for this team. Deoxys-D should be prioritized, as it can get at least 2 spikes in, and knock off items. Not to mention 1 special wall for a stall team is pretty low...
