I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this, but why are the CAP#s so all over the place? I mean it was pretty straight forward for the original 4th gen projects, and then it was reset for 5th gen, but if this is the case why is CAP 18 considered CAP 18 and not CAP 1 to go with the pattern?

Like countless others, this is the first CAP i've had the privilege of being a part of, and i've got to say I enjoyed every step of the way. I have a distinct lack of past experience with this project but I think the TL and the TLT did a great job with guiding this CAP. I guess all that's left...
