I would think (or at the very least hope) you can still use its exact name for cross evolving. We'll find out once they become available, hopefully a loop hole can be created or something.

I'll try and help you understand. The point of the unban is to simply see rather or not if Sneasel is stable enough to be used in CE. CE gained a lot of new tank donors and recievers, namely Corsola who can run plethora of defensive options. The one set I have in mind, may just fair quite well...
