Is Focus Blast really worth it? The accuracy is a huge turn off. T-tar usually switches in on Gengar and I always Explode when I see it. I'm not sure if Focus Blast or Explosion would do more to T-tar. I didn't put Attack EVs on Gengar because lately Blissey hasn't been running alot of Def EVs...
