For IVs yes, but the nature uses a separate and largely unknown RNG call. So you have to abuse it as you would a normal legend and just have to fluke the nature.

Ok, I'll give that a shot, but I don't use an AR. The main problem was that my target delay was only 25 or so frames higher than my usual and so equated to a time less than my usual seconds which just confused me because I just ended up with my usual delay and didn't know where to go from there.
