how do we qualify? and do we need pokemon in all tiers?

i cant believe this but i battle akusu and he disconnected this is my second battling against someone who disconnected so people who are fairly new aren't getting the thread rules and stuff like that so how can smogon make this more clear?

i was battling kevinman7u and he disconnected and said he i cheated using shedinja in a uber battle he did use sheer cold but i will let it slide because its and uber battle but i hope people will know he will disconnect if you battle with him

scarf heatran can ohko a lot of your pokemon but a solid heatran killer can do the job i think that starmie isn't bulky enough to be a rapid spinner for your team but thats just my opinion

yepyep no point in toxic when you have toxic spike unless they leviate but still... and pokemon with guts and quick feet like ursaring = loving it
