choice band is more common on good players lol. well scizors are either a choice band or baton pass, id be more afraid of a choice bander because baton passers can be stopped easily and banders are more of an immediate threat. but i mean its only 16 it wont make a difference to either stat...

heatran with a scarf is faster but without it, rotom is faster

scizor should be run at 16 speed, so remove just enough from HP. the 8 speed is predicatable now and people set their pokemon just enough to outrun it at 8, with 16 you are faster then skarmory and even other pokemon which i have forgotten lol

btw gyarados would be more offensive if you dropped earthquake for bounce, it has STAB and when you put it together with leftovers its double the life recovery in one turn due to bounce. so worth it. Earthquake provides more coverage though, but with stealth rock it will be hard to continue...

thats what i think would do better for you team, it has a lot more coverage then heatran, and provides a great back up when its counters are removed. bring rotom-h on a blissey and set up after 2 charges it can do some serious damage especially if they keep blissey or their special wall in

nonetheless its a great team, have you tried an offensive stall team? its worth a shot if your ever bored lol. but this team has been worked upon so many times their is not much left to add upon maybe the duskonair but you have done a good job with it

heatran and latias make a good combo, stick with those two! not feeling the mesprit so much such a random pokemon where other pokemon can do so much better, believe me on an alakazam for you, it also creates a nice color scheme! pokemon have to look beautiful you know

see i feel your pain here you can never make a stall team without people comparing you to a fake obi, but its of course good. its not as easy as you think though it will take lots of prediction and since people know this team well it will be hard for you to move around but good luck

rotom would probably be a better coverage especially for pokemon aiming to switch into your blissey forcing you out for an easy sworddance, or such so switching to a ghost wouldnt be bad, for this team id recommend and Rotom-H thunderbolt,charge,substite,shadowball it would be quite effective...
